To become a member of the foundation, you have to donate Rs 100/- only to the foundation fund of the foundation along with the application form. The executive committee of the foundation will review the applications and select new members.
Both male and female above 18 years of age are eligible for membership in this foundation
Regularly attend the forum meetings held by the members of the Foundation. Failure to do so will inform the forum before the meeting
All the members should attend the meeting punctually. If the attendance register is marked and non-attendance for four consecutive meetings is given, the Trustees who do not attend the fifth meeting will be removed. The person who loses the membership of the foundation of the Foundation will also lose the donations paid by him and the donation paid by him will not be returned for any reason.
The Executive Committee will consider the applications received for membership of the General Committee and select the members based on their merit. No reason is required for applications rejected by the Board
Members of the Trust shall abide by the Rules and Membership shall pay an entry fee of Rs.100/- and an annual subscription of Rs.1200/- to become a member of the Trust.
Trustees should be honest. They should also have the attitude of giving up. It is not allowed to bring personal issues of political cinema as a topic of discussion in the members' council meetings
Members who contravene the rules and objectives of the Trust will be permanently removed from the Trust and such removal will result in forfeiture of gratuity.
Those in arrears of subscription cannot contest the elections. The membership fee must be paid by the end of March every year. Failure to do so will result in the removal of the membership from the membership at the next month's general meeting.
The trust fund should be used only for the development and service activities etc. of the trust
